We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping Australia-wide.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Orders are packed with care and usually dispatched within 1–2 business days from Melbourne, Victoria. We ship via Australia Post with tracking included, so you can follow your goodies every step of the way.
General postage times from Melbourne:
VIC: 1–2 business days
NSW / SA / ACT: 2–4 business days
QLD / TAS: 3–5 business days
WA / NT: 5–7+ business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location,
peak periods, and public holidays.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on the move. If your order hasn’t arrived within the delivery window or you have any questions, please contact us so we can help!
Returns & Exchanges

We understand choosing the right colour is a hard choice - they're all so good - so we're more than happy to offer returns and exchanges wherever we can.
To request a return or exchange:

2. When we receive your item back in original condition, we’ll refund the item based on its value in your original order to your original payment method.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, returned items must be:
- Completely unused and unwashed
- In original, undamaged condition
- With all original packaging intact, tags attached
- The item that was not on sale or clearance
- Within 30 days of receiving your order
When posting your item back:
Please ensure your items are securely packaged for return. Returns remain your responsibility until they arrive safely at our return address — we recommend using a tracked service and holding on to your proof of postage just in case. Return postage costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty.
Faulty items:
We take quality very seriously. Every single individual item is inspected during production and again when orders are packed. If you believe your item is faulty, please fill out the form above or contact us within 30 days of date your order was received. We may ask for a photo, or provide a pre-addressed return satchel for inspection.
Once received and assessed, we’ll happily arrange a refund or replacement — at no cost to you.
Note that Sale or clearance items are final and not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty.
