How many cloths do I need?
One Cloth Trio Set is plenty for one child — just rotate daily and add to a midweek wash.
For those in-between moments, our Australian-made Cloth Cleanser Bar helps extend use between washes and keeps cloths smelling fresh.
How big are they?
Each cloth measures approximately 16 cm × 40 cm — about 4–6 palms of soft, double-sided fabric, offering generous coverage and far more effective cleaning than a disposable wipe.
How do I use the cloths?
Simply dampen a cloth with warm water, wring out, and gently wipe little faces and hands. Rinse, wring out well and hang to dry.
Tip: wring it out a second time into a dry tea towel to speed up drying.Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are cloths OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified?
Absolutely - Our cloths are made from OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified fabric, which means they've been tested for harmful substances and are safe for sensitive skin, including newborns.
How do I keep them clean?
A quick rinse under warm water and a lather with our Cloth Cleanser Bar does the trick between uses. Wring out well and hang to dry.
Tip: Wring for a second time into a dry tea towel to speed up drying time even more.
When you're ready, pop them in the washing machine on a cold gentle cycle (inside the Panni Bimbi laundry bag that comes with your Cloth Trio Set).
Oh no, my cloths went through the dryer!
Although we recommend line drying your cloths, Don’t stress if they take the occasional trip through the dryer - it won’t ruin them.
A cool or low-heat cycle won’t affect the softness or performance. You may notice a little curling at the edges due to the elastic — some parents actually like this, as it gives extra grip around your fingertips when wiping.
Either way, your cloth will work just as beautifully.
How many disposables do they replace?
One Cloth Trio can replace years worth of disposable wipes. That’s thousands of single-use wipes that would’ve ended up in landfill.

How soft are they?!

How do I use the Panni Brush?
Periodically use the brush dry, on a dry cloth. Gently but firmly sweep in one direction at a time to bring back that soft, fluffy feel when they're looking a little flat & loved.

How do I protect my Panni Bimbi Cloths in the wash?

Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping?
Flat rate shipping of $9.95. Orders are sent with Australia Post as tracked parcels.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
We ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days.
Where are orders shipped from?
Panni Bimbi is based in, and ships out from, Melbourne, Australia.
Do you offer express or international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer express or international shipping.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes! We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days for unused items in original condition. You can request a colour change or return if you’ve changed your mind.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Simply fill out our Returns & Exchanges Form and we’ll get back to you with more details. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
How do refunds work?
When we receive your item back in original condition, we’ll refund the item based on its value in your original order to your original payment method.
What if my item is faulty?
If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. Faulty items go through a quick inspection process, and we’ll cover all return shipping. Please contact us asap within 14 days of your order being received, if you think your item is faulty.
