Refund policy

We’re a small family-run business and aim to make things as clear and fair as possible. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Return time frame: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Types of Returns

1. Exchange for a different colour or item
Changed your mind or ordered the wrong colour? You’re welcome to return the item and repurchase the one you need.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Complete the Return & Exchange Form to start the process.
  • Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a refund for the original item based on the amount paid at checkout.
  • For items purchased as part of a bundle, you’ll receive a discount code to use on your new order that matches the bundle price value of the item being exchanged.
  • Discount codes apply to full-priced items only and cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage. We'll share our return address upon receiving your form submission.

2. Returning an item you no longer want
If you’ve changed your mind entirely, you’re welcome to return unused items for a refund.

  • Items must meet the same conditions as above.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Fill out the Return & Exchange Form to begin.

3. Faulty items
We take quality seriously.

  • If you believe your item is faulty, please complete the Return & Exchange Form.
  • We may request photos for assessment.
  • If approved, we’ll send you a pre-addressed return satchel at no cost.
  • Once received and reviewed, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement based on your preference.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and approved.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
  • Refunds will be based on the original value paid for that item (including bundled item value, where applicable).
  • We do not refund original shipping charges.
  • Returned items which do not meet the conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Important Notes

  1. Items returned must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags attached.
  2. Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Items returned that do not meet the return conditions will not be refunded. We will contact you to offer return shipping (at your expense) or to dispose of the item.
  4. All refunds will be returned to the original payment method only.
  5. Bundled item values are calculated proportionally. Repurchased items due to exchange or change of mind will be charged at full price.
  6. Return and exchange discount codes can only be used once, are valid on full-priced items only, and cannot be combined with other offers.
